Addiction Recovery

Substance Abuse & Problem Gambling

Addiction Recovery is a CBT program for individuals 18 years of age or older, designed around your life. You stay connected to what matters while working toward lasting change. My addiction recovery program provides flexible, supportive care with sessions that fit your schedule, available online or in person.

The journey of recovery is an opportunity for growth and resilience. While it may come with its challenges, including occasional missteps or setbacks, each experience can provide valuable lessons. With the right support and guidance, individuals can develop essential skills to overcome old patterns and embrace a healthier path forward.

Outpatient addiction counselling provides a variety of benefits, including:

  • The opportunity to continue to work and attend to daily responsibilities, due to flexible scheduling opportunities.
  • Less upheaval in your life, as you won’t have to change your living environment or explain your absence for a certain period.
  • Increased autonomy, although this also comes with more responsibility, as you’ll still have access to substances or gambling.
