Virtual Therapy Services
Virtual therapy is available for individuals seeking personal or relationship therapy. It offers a convenient and enjoyable way to receive support from the comfort of your home or office through a secure connection.
The process is similar to video calls you may have used before, such as Skype or Zoom. For your security and privacy, Jane’s Online Appointments are not designed to record or store audio or video. One of the most significant advantages of virtual psychotherapy is its convenience. You can also move between in-office and virtual sessions based on your personal needs and preferences. You’re not locked into one setting.
You can access the Jane App on your desktop, laptop, tablet, iPad, or mobile device.
