My practice is primarily virtual, or online counselling. I do not maintain a full-time office; instead, I rent office space by the hour as needed.
The price difference for in-office sessions covers the hourly rental of an office for your session.
The fee change only affects new clients. Active clients will keep their current fee schedule.
- Payment is required at the start of each session.
- If I have written authorization from your EFAP/EAP provider, I will direct bill them for authorized services.
- I require all clients to have a valid credit card or debit Visa/Mastercard on file at the time of booking to confirm your appointment.
- Accepted payment methods are Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, and Debit Mastercard.
- I do not accept cash.
- To help you avoid a late cancellation fee, if you have not completed your online intake forms 48 hours before your appointment, your appointment will be automatically cancelled.
- If you cancel your appointment with less than 2 business days’ notice, 50% of the appointment fee will be charged to the card on file.
- If you do not show up for your appointment, 100% of the appointment fee will be charged to the card on file.
- Anger Management is not covered by insurance. It may be reimbursable under your Health Spending account. Please check with your human resources representative for coverage information.
- Addiction Recovery is an addiction treatment program. If you have addiction treatment, this program might be covered by your insurance.
- Several insurance providers recognize the services I provide. However, the plan selected by your employer or union may specify which therapist you can see or the types of credentials the therapist must have for reimbursement.
- Some or all of my services may be reimbursable under your Health Spending account. Please check with your human resources representative for coverage information.
- I do not guarantee any service I provide will be covered by your specific insurance coverage or reimbursable through your health spending account.
Unfortunately, I do not offer direct billing.
